Shandong EastRong Industrial Ceramics Company (YAJINLONG) operates 7 industrial ceramic production lines with a daily output capacity of tens of thousands of components.

The ceramic products manufactured range in diameter from 20mm to 550mm. The company produces a wide range of ceramic materials, including 92% alumina ceramics, 95% alumina ceramics, 99% alumina ceramics, zirconia ceramics, ZTA ceramics, and silicon carbide ceramics.

Multiple forming processes are employed, such as dry pressing, isostatic pressing, and slip casting.

• Strict control is applied starting from raw materials. Key material parameters are batch-tested prior to production. Blanks are inspected and recorded on a daily basis. The sintering process is controlled by electronic temperature regulation, and finished products undergo final quality review.
• Advanced precision machining equipment, including machining centers, high-precision engraving and milling machine, external cylindrical grinders, internal cylindrical grinders, surface grinders, and vertical grinders is used to ensure products meet drawing specifications.
• The QA system implements strict control throughout the entire production process, integrating the quality management system into every stage of manufacturing. Experienced ceramic engineers and technical personnel continuously monitor production conditions and adjust equipment parameters to ensure finished products meet specified tolerances.
• Each batch is accompanied by a process control card, enabling full traceability. This allows rapid identification of root causes, responsibility assignment, and implementation of corrective actions.
