Alumina Ceramic
- Machining diameter 10-550mm
- Machining tolerance ≥0.02mm
Alumina (Al₂O₃) is a highly durable advanced ceramic material that combines excellent mechanical and electrical properties, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
Alumina ceramics feature high hardness, outstanding wear resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and high temperature stability, while being non-toxic and safe for use.
Alumina Material Grades (Al₂O₃ Content Comparison)
Five alumina grades are available: 92%, 95%, 99%, 99.5%, and 99.7% alumina ceramics. Due to differences in manufacturing processes, these grades exhibit varying performance characteristics.
Performance between conventional ceramics and high-purity ceramics; primarily used for wear resistance
Balanced overall performance with good wear and corrosion resistance; cost-effective and widely used
High purity with significantly improved hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability
Higher purity and lower impurity levels; superior dielectric properties and chemical stability, suitable for precision electronics and high-frequency devices
Ultra-high purity close to theoretical limits; exceptional insulation, wear resistance, and chemical inertness for high-end applications
