Applications

Ceramic linings, also known as ceramic composite pipelines, combine the high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of ceramics with the machinability, weldability, and high strength of steel. As a result, ceramic lined pipelines feature outstanding wear resistance, high temperature resistance, erosion resistance, and low flow resistance. They are widely used for conveying media such as silicone materials, fiberglass, quartz sand, lithium iron phosphate, and mineral slurry, as well as for positive-pressure and negative-pressure pneumatic conveying of powders and fluid transport.

Structure and Installation

Ceramic pipe fittings include elbows, tees, straight pipes, reducers, and special-shaped parts. Common installation methods include flange, welding, clamp, and flexible hose, suitable for special process requirements or specific installation scenarios.

Ceramic lined composite steel pipes consist of a ceramic layer, transition layer, and steel pipe layer from the inside out. They offer excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, and resistance to mechanical and thermal shock, while remaining easy to weld and install. These pipelines are especially suitable for applications involving severe abrasion and erosion. Wear-resistant ceramic pipelines provide 10-20 times the service life of ordinary steel pipes and can replace cast stone pipes, alloy pipes, and organic-lined pipes.
