Composite Ceramic Wear Liners (Ceramic Wear Pads)
Composite ceramic wear liners are available in three configurations: ceramic liners, dual-layer composite liners (ceramic + rubber, ceramic + steel), and triple-layer composite liners (ceramic + rubber + steel).
They are widely used for wear protection of equipment such as bunkers, hoppers, and chutes in coal conveying systems, ash handling systems, and material conveying and batching systems.
Applications
- Mining industry: liners for ore conveyor systems, crushers, grinding mills, and screening equipment.
- Power industry: liners for pulverized coal pipelines and ash handling equipment.
- Steel and metallurgical industry: liners for furnaces, smelting furnaces, ladles, bins, and related equipment.
- Chemical industry: liners for chemical reactors, pipelines, pumps, and valves.
- Cement industry: liners for mills, rotary kilns, and other equipment in cement production.
